Calling all Postal Voters

Rhondda Cynon Taf, like all councils, is required periodically to update their records of signatures for postal voters. The refresh of some of these will take place in January 2012.
In total around 12,500 residents who chose to become a postal voter prior to 31st January 2007 will receive a request to submit a current signature and return this back to the electoral registration team asap.
Forms will be landing on doorsteps during week commencing 16th January 2012 so keep an eye out for them and return them as quickly as you can.
Please note that not all postal voters will receive a request on this occasion but if you have received one please act upon it quickly as if you don't provide an updated signature you will lose your entitlement to have a postal vote.
